Summary

Nevados is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the expansion of their sales and client base through account management, project management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires 3+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field, fluency with Salesforce software, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple customers and opportunities simultaneously.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an inside sales or related role
• Ability to apply technical product knowledge to sales strategy
• Time management of multiple customers and opportunities at once
• Ability to work with internal and external teams to swiftly and accurately satisfy customer requests
• Fluent with Salesforce software (preferred)
• A team player with strong communication, computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities from potential and existing accounts
• Build and nurture client partnerships
• Ensure a positive and high-quality client experience through all interactions
• Gather information to accurately identify client needs
• Support client due diligence and onboarding process
• Collaborate and serve as a liaison between the client and Nevados engineering team to ensure technical questions and necessary actions are communicated
• Research and keep up-to-date on industry news, competitors, and opportunities to differentiate/innovate
• Have full knowledge of the Nevados ecosystem of products and appropriately translate this vision to clients to form long-term partnerships
• Utilize Salesforce to keep accounts, opportunities and contacts up-to-date

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within the solar industry is preferred

• $65,000 - $90,000 a year base salary (actual may vary)
