We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support sales and marketing initiatives by creating strategic content and engaging with potential clients. The role involves developing materials, understanding the target audience, gathering leads, working closely with teams, and preparing reports. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields is required, along with previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and content to support sales
• Understand and analyze potential clients of Broadvoice
• Identify and segment the target audience, establishing contact with potential clients
• Gather leads and qualify their potential, monitoring the sales process until closure
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, sharing information and leads for business development
• Prepare detailed reports on the results of defined operational indicators
