Summary

Celerion is hiring a remote Inside Sales Representative to support growth in their Bioanalytical business. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing lead conversion strategies, and facilitating introductions with Business Development. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred
  • Knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and a high-level understanding of bioanalytical techniques is required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of bioanalytical techniques and instrumentation
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, ability to secure a passport if not currently possessed

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new potential clients and business opportunities within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical markets
  • Develop and implement strategies for accelerated lead conversion
  • Facilitate seamless transition of leads to Business Development Director(s)
  • Achieve lead generation weekly and monthly targets
  • Hone the ability to understand technical concepts and articulate value proposition confidently
