Requirements
- 3+ B2B years of strong sales or customer-facing experience
- A self-starter with a driven, results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
- Strong diplomatic skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to stay organized in the midst of working potentially hundreds of leads
- Track record of success in a remote role
- Experience in attending and exhibiting at industry events
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets - preferably within the Legal Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, active listening, written and verbal communication skills, and professionalism when engaging with clients
- Quick learner and adaptable. Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and passion for helping both customers and team members
- Coach-ability and a team-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Set up and run meetings/calls for prospective clients
- Qualify accounts/prospects based on set criteria
- Meet set KPIs set by the Company, adjusted as necessary in connection with new client deals and prospecting requirements
- Identify prospects needs/challenges and suggest appropriate services
- Attending industry events
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools as assigned and used in Company operations
- Calendar and hold meeting with potential and existing clients regarding the services
