Summary
Join hear.com as a Sales Representative and help people improve their hearing from the comfort of your home. This full-time, remote position offers competitive compensation with a base rate plus uncapped commission, averaging $45,000-$50,000 annually. You will receive comprehensive training and sell over-the-counter hearing devices to pre-qualified leads. Requirements
- Great Empathy & Customer-Centric Mindset : A natural ability to understand and connect with customers. You genuinely care about customers and focus on providing the best solutions, knowing that success follows
- Growth Mindset : Strong work ethic and desire to learn, adapt, and improve. Youβre not intimidated by learning new systems/technology β we work with Salesforce, Twilio, along with Zoom, Outlook and Chrome
- Reliable Network Connectivity : You must be able to hardwire to your home network and your download speed must be above 100Mbps and upload speed above 20Mbps. Weβll provide the necessary equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Change lives ! You know, superhero stuff π¦Έ You'll receive in-depth training from day one, giving you the knowledge needed to be successful (and earn commission!) from the start. Literally, what you're doing is selling over the counter hearing devices π¦»πΌ β simple as that
- Connect with Customers : Handle a high volume of outbound calls π to warm, pre-qualified leads (#nocoldcalling)!
- Personalized Solutions: Develop individual hearing solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Youβll receive in-depth training from day one, giving you the knowledge needed to be successful from the start
Benefits
- Remote, Full-Time Schedule : Your schedule will be an 8-hour shift with 1 hour lunch between the hours of 8AM β 8PM in your local time zone. You will be required to work every other weekend (Saturday or Sunday). For that, you can choose to take one day off during the week (Wed β Fri). Schedules are subject to change
- Competitive Compensation : Guaranteed base rate of $20 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earnings in the first year are $45K-$50k
