Join Heard as an Inside Sales Representative for a 2-month contract from November through December to play a crucial role in executing their growth plan during this critical period. The ideal candidate is hardworking, collaborative, and passionate about supporting mental health professionals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in FinTech or Healthcare SMB
  • Proficiency in full-cycle sales, cold calling/outbound sales, crafting cold emails and sales campaigns
  • Experience with CRM management (HubSpot preferred), facilitating sales demos, and closing deals
  • Self-motivated: willingness to roll up your sleeves to source and close your own deals within a short timeframe
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to independently manage your sales pipeline without micro-management
  • Flexible and excited about change; comfortable with evolving messaging and product offerings in a fast-growing environment
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Eager to contribute to an early and fast-growing Sales team
  • Genuine interest in mental health and supporting professionals in the industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to bring on new customers for Heard within the contract period
  • Conduct Product Demos
  • Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities to build and manage a sales funnel of outbound prospects
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to develop tactics for business development and revenue growth
  • Provide feedback to Sales Leadership on improving the sales process, including prospecting, closing, and forecasting. Document changes to ensure a repeatable and scalable process
  • Become a product expert capable of successfully conducting demos and discussing the therapy industry in depth
  • Relay insights from prospects and customers to cross-functional teams to enhance the Heard software
  • Maintain high sales activity, including outbound calls, warm inbound calls, prospecting emails, and social selling
