Requirements

  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses – required
  • Active Life License – required
  • High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of college or equivalent business experience preferred
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role, with proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Passion for serving educators and a strong sense of mission
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working independently

Responsibilities

  • Handle in-bound inquiries and place out-bound follow-up calls to educators seeking retirement and life insurance solutions
  • Develop trust-based relationships , educating clients on products such as life insurance, annuities, and other retirement vehicles
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics through consultative, needs-based selling
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards
  • Accurately document interactions in CRM systems and stay informed on industry updates and product enhancements
