Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years in a sales role, preferably in a high-call-volume, commission-based environment
  • Experience working in a role with performance-based incentives and a hunger for earnings growth
  • Fluent English (verbal and written), with a neutral or South African/British-accented tone preferred
  • Strong personality with a go-getter attitude, able to engage potential customers effectively
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM for sales and pipeline management
  • Resilience in dealing with customer objections while maintaining a positive approach

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads, pitch services, and close deals efficiently
  • Make a significant number of daily calls to potential and existing customers, presenting the company’s offerings persuasively
  • Maintain and nurture a pipeline of prospects, following up consistently to maximize conversion
  • Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing customer accounts
  • Use HubSpot to manage client interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records of all activities
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets with a strong drive for performance-based earnings
