Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will provide essential support, contacting potential customers, generating interest, and setting appointments. You will maintain a detailed database, collaborate on sales strategies, and meet performance targets. Requirements

• 2+ years of Sales or related role experience
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via phone and email to introduce our products and services
• Generate interest and set up appointments for our North American sales representatives
• Maintain a detailed and organized database of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Meet or exceed set targets and performance metrics
• Upload and update the CRM tools as needed
• Work with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Familiarity with CRM software
