Summary

Join RethinkFirst, a leading behavioral health technology company, as an Inside Sales Representative! This full-time position, based in New York City or remotely, focuses on selling solutions to early-stage behavioral health practices specializing in ABA services for autism. You will manage the full sales cycle for startup practices, exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. Leverage your sales experience and passion for behavioral health to develop new business and effectively work with prospective clients. The role involves managing the sales process, demonstrating understanding of customer needs, and delivering professional presentations. You will also qualify leads, engage prospective customers, and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field
  • Must be comfortable working with technology and fluent in Microsoft Office
  • Track record of exceeding goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and demonstrated effectiveness presenting to key decision makers
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives on doing a job well and has the initiative and drive to excel
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and perform a variety of concurrent tasks

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales process for all startup customers looking to access Rethink’s platform, and enrollment, credentialing, and billing services
  • Drive to close startup sales by demonstrating understanding of current and long-term customer needs, proposing appropriate solutions to address identified customer needs, and consistently moving the customer toward commitment
  • Meet and proactively drive to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain an exceptional knowledge of Rethink’s behavioral health solution
  • Deliver professional presentations appropriately targeted to the audience
  • Effectively position Rethink solutions and succinctly explain features, benefits, and technical aspects
  • Qualify Rethink’s inbound leads and if not a startup, coordinate hand-offs with appropriate regional sales managers
  • Monitor Rethink’s Startup Community to engage prospective customers and identify new sales opportunities
  • Conduct follow-up calls to webinar attendees, e-book downloads, and recently added businesses to our database
  • Complete and submit required reports such as forecasts, activity reports, and expense reports on a timely basis
  • Enter and maintain data accurately into Salesforce.com including meetings, contacts, updates, and forecasts
  • Use Zoom to conduct effective online meetings
  • Attend regional conferences to represent the company at booths

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a behavior technician is preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce.com is a plus
