Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the youth sports and recreational organization markets
  • Engage Customers: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and product demonstrations to educate prospects about TeamSnap’s offerings
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of leads in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-ups
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and deliver value to customers
  • Be a product expert – Conduct web-based demos, uncover customer needs, and articulate our value proposition
  • Maintain CRM discipline – Accurately track activities and pipelines in Salesforce
  • Hit Your Quota and Optimize Performance: Leverage tools and best practices to improve conversion rates
  • Run the full sales cycle – Take leads from qualification to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, especially in new business development
  • SaaS or sports industry experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving sales organization
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, trade shows, or client visits
