Insights Lead

Summary

The Insights Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining an automated tool chain for community analysis, establishing a central insights hub, providing data-driven insights, creating comprehensive reports and visualizations, monitoring trends within the blockchain and web3 space, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring data integrity. A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, and knowledge of blockchain technology.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a community or marketing analytics role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Automated Tool Chain Development: Build and maintain an automated tool chain for the analysis of sentiment, engagement, topics, growth, and other health metrics across our community channels
• Central Insights Hub: Establish a source of truth and center of insights that informs other central teams of needs, trends, hurdles, and opportunities across our communities
• Data-Driven Insights: Continuously provide actionable insights and data to executive leadership and key stakeholders across the organization
• Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate complex data in an understandable and impactful manner to various stakeholders
• Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze trends within the blockchain and web3 space to identify potential opportunities and threats to our community’s growth and engagement
• Collaboration: Work closely with community managers, marketing teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven strategies are implemented effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of blockchain technology and the web3 ecosystem is highly desirable
