Requirements

• Have experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ideally in the financial industry, with a proven track record in client retention
• Possess experience handling high-net-worth clients and engaging with business partners at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrate exposure to crypto trading systems and understanding of advanced trading features such as margin trading, OTC, futures, etc
• Show passion for the cryptocurrency world and a commitment to learning about new crypto-industry trends
• Be actively involved in or personally connected to the local crypto community
• Believe wholeheartedly in Kraken's crypto, cypherpunk, and libertarian values

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continued growth
• Generate leads and expand your client portfolio by leveraging your network and participating in networking events
• Enhance Kraken’s reputation by taking initiative in addressing client requests from multiple sources across different time zones
• Partner with the sales operations team to support clients with guidance and expertise in using Kraken's products and services
• Advocate for Kraken by promoting its full product suite and company values to new and existing clients
