Summary

Requirements

  • Have at least three years experience in content creation and publishing
  • Experience with Articulate/Rise 360

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials, including user guides, tutorials, videos, and interactive modules for both internal and external audiences
  • Maintain and update content on Ascend Academy (LMS) and Confluence spaces to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and ensure content aligns with product updates and business processes
  • Monitor and respond to feedback and inquiries to support Ascend’s Help Center content, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
  • Evaluate and implement instructional design best practices to enhance learning experiences and drive user engagement
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation and learning materials to maintain consistency and quality across all platforms
  • Manage the organization, tagging, and retrieval of documentation to facilitate easy access and usability
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in instructional design and e-learning technologies to continually improve content delivery
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams to align documentation with business goals and customer needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in content development and delivery
