Design and develop self-paced educational offerings focusing on product functionality, best practices, and change management. Employ a scalable, iterative, rapid-development approach and strong instructional design principles. Design performance-based assessments aligned with learning objectives, ensuring all learning assets meet quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer personas and use cases. Requirements
- 2+ years experience designing, creating and delivering end-user product training
- 2+ years experience with course authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/360, Captivate) to create engaging training content
- 2+ years experience creating and publishing content in an LMS platform (Skilljar preferred)
- Employ solid instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create scalable, dynamic, performance focused learning solutions
- Results driven and ability to manage projects amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, and challenging deadlines
Responsibilities
- Design and develop self-paced, educational offerings that focus on product functionality, best practices, and change management to drive customer product adoption, self-sufficiency, renewal, and advocacy
- Employ a scalable, iterative, rapid-development approach and strong instructional design principles to build creative and innovative educational content
- Design performance-based, measurable assessments which directly align to learning objectives
- Ensure that all learning assets meet consistency, quality and design standards
- Execute end-to-end instructional design process with a sense of urgency and drive for excellence
- Employ strong project management and organizational skills to achieve design target timelines under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities
- Actively collaborate with internal teams and continuously learn about product functionality, releases, work-flows and best practices to maintain and enhance education content
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the various customer personas and use cases and continuously provide perspective on problems customers face and translate into education solutions
