Remote Instructional Designer

Requirements

• Three years of instructional design experience
• Portfolio of projects
• Solid understanding of instructional design models and learning theories
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
• Experience with screencasting and video editing
• Experience with narration and audio editing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials that help customers learn how to use our products
• Engage with customer success managers, product managers, and marketing personnel to determine needs, develop new materials, update existing materials, and analyze their effectiveness
• Develop strong relationships with customer success managers, product managers, and marketing personnel to ensure the success of training materials
• Create PDF handouts, narrated videos, facilitator guides, and help articles that are effective and tailored to the needs of the audience
