Instructional Designer

Summary

Join Suki, a leading AI voice solutions company in healthcare, as a Customer Success team member. Your primary role will be designing and developing training materials for customers using our products. You will collaborate with various teams to understand needs, create new materials, update existing ones, and analyze their effectiveness. The training materials will include various formats like PDFs, videos, and help articles, targeting healthcare providers. This role requires strong instructional design skills, project management abilities, and excellent communication and writing skills. The position is remote with occasional in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Three years of instructional design experience
• Portfolio of projects
• Solid understanding of instructional design models and learning theories
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
• Experience with screencasting and video editing
• Experience with narration and audio editing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials that help customers learn how to use our products
• Engage with customer success managers, product managers, and marketing personnel to determine needs
• Develop new training materials and update existing materials
• Analyze the effectiveness of training materials
• Develop strong relationships with customer success managers, product managers, and marketing personnel
• Create training materials including PDF handouts, narrated videos, facilitator guides, and help articles
• Ensure that training materials are effective and tailored to the needs of the audience (primarily healthcare providers)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with recording mobile devices

• Base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $120,000 in CA
