Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred, OR 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive learning experiences across various modalities
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities
• Develop curriculum maps and learning paths for different user roles and skill levels
• Create assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and stakeholders
• Contribute to the strategic planning of learning initiatives for product adoption and user success
• Evaluate and recommend new learning technologies and approaches
• Collaborate on LMS strategy to ensure alignment with instructional design best practices
• Manage LMS content structure and organization
• Analyze LMS data to inform instructional design decisions and improve learning outcomes
• Support managers in designing effective team-specific learning content within the LMS
