Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as an Insurance Coverage Attorney (or relevant insurance experience)
• Strong knowledge and expertise in insurance coverage, including first-party insurance, insurance bad faith, excess insurance, insurance policy formation disputes, equitable indemnity, contribution and subrogation, and reinsurance
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex insurance coverage matters
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and research skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the relevant State Bar Association
