Insurance Operations Support Specialist

Summary

Join Frontier, a subsidiary of Fresh Prints, and support With Coverage, a tech-enabled specialty insurance company, as a remote Insurance Operations Support Specialist in the Philippines. This role is crucial for maintaining client relationships through accurate data management and efficient processing of insurance documentation. You will process data across various systems, update client information, produce certificates of insurance, prepare applications, manage billing, track documents, follow established workflows, and communicate professionally with carriers and clients. Requirements

• Previous insurance industry experience (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes
• Experience with insurance management systems or CRMs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Commitment to accuracy and quality

Responsibilities

• Process data with high accuracy across various web-based insurance systems and within PDF's
• Update and maintain client information in our CRM system
• Produce certificates of insurance as requested by clients
• Prepare insurance policy applications by gathering and organizing necessary information
• Manage client and carrier billing processes
• Organize and track document requirements, including policy subjectivities
• Follow established workflows for insurance-specific processes
• Draft and send professional emails to insurance carriers and clients
