Summary

Join Centerfield as a Training Facilitator and provide Insurance facilitation and support to learners, utilizing your expertise in adult learning techniques and virtual facilitation. This role requires previous experience in call center sales environments and working knowledge of system processes.

Requirements

  • Must have previous facilitation experience in call center sales environments and working knowledge of system processes to ensure successful delivery of training
  • Proven experience as a virtual facilitator or similar role, with a strong understanding of online facilitation best practices
  • Experience in Medicare and ACA
  • Excellent verbal, written and calendar maintenance skills with the experience of creating and conducting effective presentations
  • Prior call center leadership experience
  • Ability to employ effective engagement techniques to transfer ownership of the learning experience to the participants
  • Detail oriented and exhibit proficiency in follow-up and time management skills
  • Have good attendance and flexible schedule to train in hours that meet business needs
  • Ability to utilize innovative approach to facilitation through knowledge of adult learning methodologies
  • Create and maintain an effective learning environment through facilitative leadership
  • 2+ year experience in designing and developing training content
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Providing virtual facilitation and adult learning subject matter expertise on special projects to help deliver on key initiatives
  • Facilitate virtual training for designated licensed and/or non-licensed agents with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual setting
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with managers, colleagues, and other departments
  • Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction that meets the needs of adult learners
  • Prepare instructional materials and presentations
  • Cross collaboration with various stakeholders to identify training needs, identify performance gaps, and implement training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs
  • Develop new or modify existing content that includes clear objectives for all trainings, workshops, activities, and projects
  • Provide a positive environment and manage group conduct to promote active engagement of participants in the learning process
  • Track metrics and performance of new hire
