Requirements
- Holds a Bachelors/Masters degree in a related subject
- Minimum of 5 years experience in integrated marketing campaign management, with minimum 1-2 years in US public sector. Tech Industry experience is a bonus
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, global environment. Able to effectively manage competing priorities; think and act proactively, and creatively solve problems
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads
- Strong understanding of the US public sector market, including key trends, challenges, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the US public sector and in line with company goals and strategic objectives
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling messaging and content assets aligned with campaign objectives
- Autonomously lead the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional marketing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, and creative to ensure campaign alignment and success
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
