Summary
The job is for an Integration Account Manager at SpendBridge, responsible for assisting with vendor onboarding through the platform, managing timelines, and communicating expectations. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, analytical skills, organization, previous experience with cXML requirements and process (including punch-out), project management experience, and the ability to work remotely.
Requirements
- Key contact for vendor communication
- Consistent communication to clients and vendors
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time
- Build strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to provide best purchasing options available
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to identify testing scenarios based on experience
- Work with Project Manager to identify any potential development needs to support vendor integration
- Consistently execute repeatable processes that deliver consistent results
- Ability to work with multiple teams, inside and outside organization
- Previous experience with cXML requirements and process, including punch-out, 1+ year preferred
- Project management experience, 2+ years preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Teams
- Strong written and verbal skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with client requests for vendor onboarding thru SpendBridge platform
- Initiate integration discussions with vendors
- Configuration of integrations
- Create and execute testing scenarios to support post go-live
- Manage the timeline and communicate expectations to client and vendors
- Establish connection between SpendBridge purchasing platform and vendor purchasing process
- Assist other team members with onboarding new clients into the SpendBridge platform
