Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or HCM support (ADP platform experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of payroll processing, wage & hour laws, and benefits compliance (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for client service
- Ability to manage multiple clients with varying levels of complexity
Responsibilities
- Support clients with employee benefit setup, open enrollment processes, eligibility tracking, and data accuracy
- Ensure correct payroll deductions for medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k), and other benefits plans
- Coordinate with carriers and internal WS teams to resolve issues related to eligibility files, COBRA, and enrollments
- Assist clients with ACA compliance, including 1095-C/1094-C filings and measurement tracking
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues related to benefits modules or integrations
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach, consultative guidance, and consistent follow-up
- Train and empower clients to use WS's benefits tools effectively
- Monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and partner with internal sales teams to expand service usage
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and case management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ADP platforms (Workforce Now, Vantage, RUN, etc.) is highly desirable
- CPP, FPC, or CEBS certification is a plus
- Bachelorβs degree in business, HR, accounting, or related field preferred
