Summary

Join Shift Technology's newly formed team dedicated to deploying and integrating its AI-powered Case Management solution for insurance customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration with customers' existing systems, customizing and configuring the software, and managing custom integrations. Responsibilities include deploying and configuring software, managing custom integrations (e.g., automated claim severity calculation, geographic mapping, API integrations), implementing permission structures, deploying updates, providing support, conducting client meetings, coordinating with internal teams, creating configuration templates, and automating processes. The ideal candidate is code-savvy, client-facing, and business-smart, possessing skills in C# and a strong understanding of software deployment and integration. Requirements

  • Code-savvy , either by having a degree in computer science and/or having developed some apps with actual users- writing scripts for models and notebooks is not enough at Shift, we thrive on people who can write maintainable, production-quality code that will run everyday without breaking
  • Client facing . You will need to be comfortable and open to communicating to our clients on a regular basis
  • Business smart . We don’t expect candidates to know the insurance sector, but we want applicants who are interested in learning and mastering the business aspects of our products

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and configure our Case Management software, adapting it to customer needs using standardized configuration files and deployment tools
  • Manage custom integrations requiring specific client logic, mostly implemented in our framework in C#, including
  • Automated calculation of claim severity during case closure
  • Custom geographic mapping for automated assignment processes
  • Integration with customer APIs to support automated workflows such as retrieving team availability or sending assignment notifications
  • Implement permission structures within the Case Management solution to ensure appropriate user access and security compliance
  • Deploy software updates, proactively monitor system performance, and provide initial support and troubleshooting assistance as issues arise
  • Conduct meetings with clients and interact with external stakeholders, whether it is for direct user feedback, understanding business requirements and customization requests
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to set up and enable new customer integrations of our Case Management product
  • Create and maintain configuration templates specific to regions or client types to streamline future integrations
  • Continuously improve and automate deployment and configuration processes, empowering non-technical users to handle routine configurations independently
