This hybrid or remote UK-based role requires proven HR Tech expertise and SuccessFactors experience (preferred). The ideal candidate possesses strong technical consulting, communication, and customer-centric skills, thriving in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Dive into complex business challenges and build smart integration solutions with systems like ATSs and HCM platforms
• Be a key player in customer implementation projects, working with Engagement Managers, Solution Delivery Consultants, Product, and Engineering
• Own your integrations and data migrations from start to finish
• Spot risks early, offer creative workarounds, and keep things moving smoothly
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers translate business goals into technical reality
• Share best practices, document what works, and be the go-to integrations expert
• Lead customers through our integration processes, from API deep-dives to mapping exercises and testing
• Stay on top of product updates and be the bridge between Beamery, our partners, and our customers

Preferred Qualifications

• SuccessFactors Experience
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a significant advantage and will enable you to hit the ground running
