Integration Consultant

Summary

Join Beamery as an Integrations Consultant and become a technical partner for our enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integrations and data migrations. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, connect their systems, and guarantee flawless execution. Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize deployments. This role involves diving into complex business challenges, building integration solutions, owning projects from start to finish, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will lead customers through integration processes, document best practices, and stay updated on product developments. The position is remote within the US, operating in the ET time zone.

Responsibilities

• Dive into complex business challenges and build smart integration solutions with systems like ATSs and HCM platforms
• Be a key player in customer implementation projects, working with Engagement Managers, Solution Delivery Consultants, Product, and Engineering
• Own your integrations and data migrations from start to finish
• Spot risks early, offer creative workarounds, and keep things moving smoothly
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers translate business goals into technical reality
• Share best practices, document what works, and be the go-to integrations expert
• Lead customers through our integration processes, from API deep-dives to mapping exercises and testing
• Stay on top of product updates and be the bridge between Beamery, our partners, and our customers

Preferred Qualifications

• SuccessFactors Experience (Preferred)
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a significant advantage and will enable you to hit the ground running

Benefits

Salary: $90,000- 115,000 base plus bonus
