Summary

Unlimit Crypto is seeking an Implementation Engineer to provide technical support, blockchain and payment network expertise, operational management, analytics, and partner assistance. The candidate must be bilingual in Mandarin and English, hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have a basic understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and traditional payment networks. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, the ability to work collaboratively, and adaptability are also required.

Requirements

• Bilingual: can read and write fluently in Mandarin and English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and traditional payment networks
• Willingness to interface with clients during the sales process
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSSDK, Java, SQL, and web technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapid change
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve B2C technical queries related to our platform
• Understand the intricacies of blockchain technologies and traditional payment networks
• Oversee simple operational tasks, ensuring smooth processes and efficient workflow
• Generate and analyze reports to gauge platform usage and recommend improvements
• Assist enterprise partners with technical onboarding and ongoing technical support
• Collaborate with other departments such as QA, UX/UI, sales, and account management teams
