Summary

Join Podium as a Product Integrations Specialist and play a crucial role in our long-term success by coordinating integrations between Podium and client systems. You will manage a high volume of integration projects, working directly with clients to deliver a world-class experience. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. You'll be responsible for configuring software, managing a large work queue, and maintaining high-quality documentation. Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English
  • 1+ years of experience working in a Saas environment
  • Experience working through API and FTP integrations
  • Demonstrated over-achievement managing a large work queue
  • Experience working directly with clients, comfortable explaining complex technical processes in a concise way to contacts in varying roles and technical aptitude at an organization

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate standard and custom integration projects for Podium and our clients while delivering a world-class customer experience for them
  • Be comfortable configuring software settings and managing a work queue with a large number of requests
  • Work directly with customers to fulfill integration requests. Meetings will be conducted via Zoom, and you will also communicate via call, text, and email
  • Support Onboarding Specialists. The integrations you complete are key components in the overall success plan for the clients they manage
  • Solve integration issues. Technical and process issues may arise during the initial integration or as dependent platforms change. You will troubleshoot and solve these problems
  • Serve as an integrations expert across Podium and share customer needs for automations to continually improve the integrations we offer
  • Maintain high quality documentation of the integrations that we set up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Tray.io (or similar)
  • Constantly invents new and better ways to get things done
  • Is accountable to others. Your projects will be part of a larger client engagement
  • Earns the trust of your colleagues by always keeping your commitments
  • Keep your key stakeholders informed on the progress being made in setting up integrations
  • Focuses on results. What you do has a clear purpose, and you will not be satisfied until you achieve your planned outcomes
