Integrations Engineer

The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of experience in software development, integrations, or data engineering, along with proficiency in Python and SQL. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years in software development, integrations, or data engineering roles
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
• Strong understanding of SQL for querying and troubleshooting
• Experience with API integration
• Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, such as version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• A customer-focused mindset, ensuring solutions meet client needs with high standards of quality and timeliness

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain data pipelines to integrate client data into CRM systems using APIs, flat file exchanges, and automation scripts
• Write Python scripts to automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation
• Implement mapping logic to ensure incoming data aligns with CRM structures and maintains accuracy
• Contribute to client-specific initiatives by developing custom solutions, configuring APIs, and adapting IPaaS tools to business needs
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, data structures, and client integrations. Generate reports for team and client updates
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve integration issues and ensure smooth data flow

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PySpark, Redis, Elasticsearch, or NoSQL databases
