Senior Software Engineer - Integrations and Developer Experience

Summary

Join Addepar's Integrations and Developer Experience Team as a Senior Software Development Engineer! This role focuses on enabling clients and partners to integrate with Addepar's platform. You will collaborate with product and design teams, drive technical direction of projects, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices. The team primarily uses Java and Temporal, but also works with Apex, Javascript, and Python. You'll build an inclusive team culture and deliver high-quality engineering processes and product delivery. Addepar offers a global flexible workforce model with offices in multiple locations.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a software engineer using an object-oriented language, preferably Java
• Experience with a modern web development framework (Angular, Ember, React etc.)
• Strong sense of ownership — you enjoy taking ideas from inception through to production
• Experience working with key stakeholders to deliver projects
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure

• Collaborate closely with partners from the product and design teams to build great products for our clients
• Drive technical direction of projects; taking business objectives and working with the team to define scalable solutions
• Provide mentorship and guidance for junior developers on the team
