Summary

Toolbox is seeking an exceptional candidate with strong communication skills, technical know-how, and an operations mindset for an Integrations Developer position. The role involves providing consultation and expertise for customers, overseeing integrations projects, coding, debugging, and testing service integrations, and managing integration documents and resources. Minimum requirements include excellent communication skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese; proactive thinking; basic database knowledge; experience with REST API, SOAP services, third-party service integrations, project management, and cutting-edge technologies like Node.js, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, React Js.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; online and in-person; in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (must condition)
• Willing and able to learn quickly, both through formal training and independent research
• Proactive, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
• Creative, collaborative thinker with an ability to learn new things, assess problems and identify proactive solutions quickly
• Can get things done and knows her/his way around in at least one programming language
• Basic database knowledge (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Single sign-on/federated-identity standards including SAML and OAuth
• REST API  and SOAP services technologies
• Third party service integrations
• Project management skills to develop and manage ongoing implementation timelines and milestones for multiple clients in a given period
• Cutting edge technologies (Node.js, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, React Js, among others)

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and expertise for customers through the functional and technical setup process of new integrations with their systems
• Oversee integrations projects guaranteeing best practices are followed to launch on an agreed upon timeline
• Management of integrations documents and resources for clients and internal staff
• Code, debug, and test service integrations with Toolbox internal teams, partners, and clients
