Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; online and in-person; in Spanish, English and Portuguese (must condition)
  • Willing and able to learn quickly, both through formal training and independent research
  • Proactive, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
  • Creative, collaborative thinker with an ability to learn new things, assess problems and identify proactive solutions quickly
  • Can get things done and knows her/his way around in at least one programming language
  • Basic database knowledge (SQL and/or NoSQL)
  • Single sign-on/federated-identity standards including SAML and OAuth
  • REST API and SOAP services technologies
  • Third party service integrations
  • Project management skills to develop and manage ongoing implementation timelines and milestones for multiple clients in a given period
  • Cutting edge technologies (Node.js, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, React Js, among others)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating a customer-oriented approach, reporting status, and collaborating with clients on all requirements, incidents, or situations that may arise
  • Provide consultation and expertise for customers through the functional and technical setup process of new integrations with their systems
  • Oversee integrations projects guaranteeing best practices are followed to launch on an agreed upon timeline
  • Management of integrations documents and resources for clients and internal staff
  • Code, debug and test service integrations with Toolbox internal teams, partners and clients
