Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the tools used within Lobster Academy, including Lobster, Regex, and Docparser
• Build intelligent automations that make our business processes more efficient with guidance from our team
• Assess when an automation is worth performing and when not
• Help colleagues (declarants) at Customs Support understand and apply digitalization in their work
• Identify and analyze opportunities for automation within the organization
• Work closely with our operations teams to develop and implement intelligent automations
• Search, understand, and resolve errors that occur in our systems and processes
