Requirements

• Growth Mindset & Creativity: The candidate should be adaptable and innovative, comfortable working with both new and legacy code, and open to evolving and reworking existing systems
• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle: A few years of hands-on experience in building software products from scratch is preferred, with the ability to leverage and improve upon existing codebases
• Frontend Development Technical Skills: Proficiency with React, Typescript, and Redux
• Backend Development Technical Skills: Experience with Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, Python, or Go. The goal is to build full-stack skills over time
• Collaboration in Agile Environments: Experience working in agile teams and contributing effectively in a collaborative setting is important
• Experience in Various Development Stages: Experience in both early-stage product development and more structured, larger company environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with your team, technical colleagues, and cross-functional groups to deliver impactful features for customers
• Enhance your development skills with support and mentorship from more senior team members
• Engage in discussions about product designs, architectural decisions, and agile processes, contributing your ideas and questions
• Promote values like ownership, code quality, and customer focus to help build a high-performing team
• Reduce administrative burdens for practitioners to improve patient care and support market growth through creating delightful products

Benefits

• Minimum annual salary of $90,000
• Maximum annual salary of $135,000
• Salary range is quite large to account for growth and potential in the role
