Summary
Join CALSTART's Clean Off-Road Equipment (CORE) team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in voucher-based incentive programs, data management, and process optimization. This part-time internship (25 hours/week) offers insight into funding distribution, workflow automation, and quality assurance. You will work with internal teams to maintain data integrity, enhance workflows, and document processes using Monday.com and Salesforce. Responsibilities include dealer and equipment onboarding, QA/QC checks, and refining voucher processing procedures. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and an interest in clean transportation. A competitive hourly rate is offered.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written communication skills for SOP development and documentation
- Interest in clean transportation, incentive programs, and sustainability
Responsibilities
- Assist with dealer and equipment onboarding, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance
- Perform QA/QC checks to maintain data accuracy and system integrity
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for program workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data validation, reporting, and workflow automation
- Support process optimization to streamline voucher processing and program operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Salesforce, or other CRM/project management tools
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, or CRM systems
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams
