Internal Communication Intern

Summary

You'll contribute to internal and external communication by crafting engaging content, creating candidate profiles, and assisting with design and outreach. This is a fully remote, paid internship with opportunities to learn recruitment marketing and sourcing, gain exposure to tools like Workable, and be part of a supportive team.

Requirements

• Strong writing and communication skills in English
• A passion for storytelling, branding, and creating content that connects
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices

Responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging internal documents that reflect our company values and tone of voice
• Support the creation of process documentation, onboarding guides, and internal newsletters
• Build compelling candidate profiles to present to clients—highlighting their skills, experience, and potential
• Ensure all profiles and videos are consistent, polished, and on-brand
• Assist in designing flyers and visual content for internal announcements and social media posts
• Help craft outreach messages that are human, engaging, and aligned with our brand

Preferred Qualifications

A creative eye for design (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus!)
