Summary

The job is for a CRM Intern who will work closely with the CRM team to support customer relationship management initiatives. The intern should have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields, be passionate about retail or FMCG industry, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The intern is required to work 2-3 days a week. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support customer relationship management initiatives
• Consolidate data and conduct analysis and reporting on campaign performance
• Design and execute customer journeys
• Maintain campaign planning calendar
• Participate in UAT on CRM-related systems
