Summary

Finn Partners Singapore is seeking a digital marketing intern to work with B2B brands, develop project briefs, manage projects, brainstorm new ideas for clients, plan and manage marketing campaigns, and analyze campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have a deep interest in digital marketing, strong project management skills, research and analytics skills, understanding of the latest digital marketing techniques, tools, and metrics, ability to identify, manage, and resolve issues, goal-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, quick reflexes, and out-of-the-box thinking mindset.

Requirements

• A deep interest in digital marketing (prior experience in digital marketing is a bonus)
• Strong project management skills
• Strong research and analytics skills with a love for data
• Good understanding of the latest digital marketing techniques, tools, and metrics
• Ability to identify, manage, and resolve issues
• Goal-oriented, ‘can-do’ attitude
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Possesses quick reflexes and out-of-the-box thinking mindset

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to develop a comprehensive project brief
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver quality outcomes for clients
• Manage and consistently deliver quality projects to brief and on time
• Work with the team to brainstorm on new and innovative ideas to help clients achieve their marketing & business objectives
• Support the team in planning and managing marketing & digital campaigns including content and creative development, content syndication, paid search, social, and programmatic
• Prepare accurate reports to analyse and optimise the performance of those campaigns
