Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (other ad platform experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or a similar platform
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a book of business of 200+ accounts
- Ensure that all of the accounts are pacing correctly toward the impressions quoted on their contract and communicate performance with the sales team
- Execute on well defined problems/opportunities pertaining to campaign management
- Responsible for understanding each individual campaign goals and properly setting expectations and helping to define the digital strategy to achieve those campaign goals
- Work with the sales team to fulfill requests from partners, thinking on a per campaign basis
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with partners & our internal sales team
- Ability to provide entry level campaign analysis
- Dig into campaign performance data to surface upsell opportunities for Sales
- Learn about Niche by meeting with various team members to learn more about our company through our Onboarding meetings
- Work with members of the Digital Marketing Services team to begin to understand our users, our partners, the industry, and our direct sales organization
- Shadow team members to learn more about how we collaborate with other areas of the business and how your role fits with external stakeholders and teams
- Learn the basics of Salesforce and understand how the Digital Marketing Services team uses it for workflow management
- Learn how to build, manage and maintain digital ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Gain a deep understanding of our sales organization and how Digital Marketing Services works with the Partnerships Management team
- Begin independently setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns for our partners
- Develop an understanding of how to use insights from ad performance to drive campaign optimizations
- Perform self-directed research to stay up-to-date on industry standards and identify new marketing channels and strategies
- Start to identify ways we can improve our digital marketing efforts and work with other members of the team to implement change
- Become obsessed with driving value for our partners—test different ad creatives, work with analysts to automate processes, optimize spend
- Create reports and dashboards to help partners see how their campaigns are performing, communicating key takeaways and areas for focus
- You will have a deep knowledge of our product, company, and sales organization
- You will be an expert on digital marketing for colleges and K-12 schools
- You will be held accountable for driving value for our partners through digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with and managing a large number of partners (50+) is a plus

- Our national target base salary range is $53,850-$67,300, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program
