Responsibilities include creating creator lists, managing campaigns from start to finish, handling creator outreach and communication, performing operational tasks, analyzing performance, and creating briefings. The ideal candidate is a native German speaker fluent in English, passionate about social media, familiar with the creator ecosystem, and proficient in Google Sheets. The position is based in Germany. Requirements

• Being native speaker in German and speaking English fluently
• Love social media, trends
• Being familiar with the creator ecosystem in your region
• Being familiar with Google sheets
• Being located in Germany

Responsibilities

• Create a long listing of creators which fits a specific campaign idea and target audience (mostly TikTok, Insta & Shorts)
• Managing the campaign from A to Z by being in the lead of all project steps
• Creator outreach and communication management
• Operational tasks related to project management : send out product, briefings, links and data entry
• Analyzing performances and monitoring posting effectiveness
• Creating briefings
• Tools management: asana

Preferred Qualifications

• Being fluent in other languages
• Being able to create yourself on socials
• Having a particular love for TikTok, Twitch, or Shorts
