Summary

Join us as a Skillbridge Solution Architect and learn how to develop a deep understanding of customers' goals and objectives, create value-based relationships, and demonstrate the value of our offerings in meetings and events. As an Active Military member, you will participate in a 4-month minimum internship and work within a matrix environment.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Federal security clearance
• Coachable and with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to participate in a 4-month minimum internship
• Eligible to participate in a Skillbridge Internship
• Ability to work within a matrix environment
• Eager to work in a fast-paced, distributed environment with the ability to manage multiple work streams

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customers' goals and objectives
• Create value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations
• Articulate how our offerings address their needs
• Creating and owning value based relationships at all levels in customer organizations
• A value-based software selling process, from initial discovery to the technical win
• Technical aspects of Elastic products and solutions
• Demonstrate the value of our offerings in meetings and events such as meetups and conferences
• Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet individual customer needs
• Be the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs, gaps, and enhancements to our engineering and leadership teams
