Requirements
- Skilled at using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of sales and business development principles
- Basic understanding of business planning and forecasting
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with some direction
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Responsibilities
- Assist in representing our Wired/Wireless Data Networking, Network Management, and Security solutions
- Support the sales team in growing revenue and profit margins within the assigned territory
- Help prospect new business while supporting the growth of the existing install base
- Participate in business planning and reporting activities (e.g., monthly forecasts, pipeline development)
- Develop relationships with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of the networking industry and competitive landscape is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment
