Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, along with a high level of professionalism
- Strong English skills, both in speech and writing, considering our clients and activities are located in the United States
- Excel Skills: good Excel skills or possess strong determination and willingness to learn
- Understanding of business etiquette and correspondence (experience in a business environment is a plus)
- Strong logic and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Payroll Data Preparation: Assist in collecting, verifying, and organizing data necessary for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Preparation of Payment Orders: Support the creation and processing of payment orders in a timely and precise manner
- Issuance of Client Invoices: Prepare and issue invoices for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Monitoring Client Payments: Track incoming payments from clients and reconcile accounts, promptly identifying and addressing any discrepancies
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist in the preparation of regular financial reports
- Assistance with Financial Audits: Provide support during financial audits by gathering requested documentation and data
- Communication with Clients and Internal Teams: Assist in managing client communication related to invoices and payments, working closely with other team members to resolve issues
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks related to the finance department to ensure smooth operations
