Summary

The job is for an HRIS Specialist at MSF International who will provide technical support to the ICO HR Admin team using Workday HCM. The role involves managing and maintaining system security, end-user support and training, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The position reports directly to the ICO Manager.

Requirements

• Significant experience in MSF HR
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM, including compensation, security, and reporting
• Familiarity with MSF HR policies and processes, including IRP2
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in managing and configuring Workday at a high level
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Pragmatic and detail-oriented approach
• Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective solutions for Workday components and reports
• Manage and maintain security within Workday, ensuring data protection and compliance
• Keep detailed documentation of system designs and processes
• Review existing Workday configurations, identify and fix vulnerabilities, and suggest improvements
• Provide support and guidance to end-users on Workday development and reporting
• Assist in training initiatives related to Workday
• Create and execute test plans to ensure accuracy of system configurations and customizations, and coordinate end-to-end testing
• Stay updated on data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ensure compliance
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to other MSF entities, including international HR data and monthly reports
