International Quality Assurance Coordinator

Summary

Join LSA as a remote Quality Assurance (QA) International Coordinator and provide administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line and QA diagnostic processes. Conduct quality evaluations of interpretation sessions to ensure high-quality language access. Maintain interpreter profiles, provide basic interpreter support, and resolve interpreter inquiries. Collaborate with other QA team members on departmental projects. This is a remote, independent contractor position, preferably for bilingual candidates (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese).

Requirements

• Be bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese preferred) with high English proficiency
• Have office administration and/or client service experience
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to type 30 WPM or more
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line
• Provide administrative support for Quality Assurance evaluation processes
• Support the Interpreter Network by resolving interpreter inquiries
• Review and update profiles of existing and incoming interpreters
• Provide basic interpreter performance and client feedback
• Evaluate service quality through live call evaluations
• Collaborate with other QA Team Members on an as needed basis with departmental projects and initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
