Join Quandela, a global leader in quantum computing, as a Kubernetes & Cloud-Native Specialist Intern! Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to manage, optimize, and orchestrate application deployments. You will set up and maintain monitoring tools, ensuring performance and reliability. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining containerized applications using Kubernetes, managing web environments, streamlining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring Kubernetes workloads, leveraging IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible, and documenting processes. Requirements
- You are pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Sciente, or related. This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement
- DevOps Knowledge: A basic understanding of DevOps concepts, workflows, and best practices
- Containerization Familiarity: Experience with Docker or similar containerization technologies
- Kubernetes Skills: Knowledge of Kubernetes components such as Pods, Services, Deployments, and ConfigMaps
- Communication Strengths: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate in a team environment
- Creative & Proactive Mindset: Energetic, autonomous, and able to think creatively to solve complex challenges
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to work in an international and diverse team setting
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DevOps: Design, implement, and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes
- Environment Management: Assist in setting up and managing web environments, including development, staging, and production
- Streamline Deployment: Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing
- Monitor & Troubleshoot: Monitor Kubernetes workloads, identifying and resolving performance and reliability issues
- Leverage IaC Tools: Work with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure management
- Document & Share: Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, best practices, and system configurations to ensure team-wide alignment
Preferred Qualifications
Scripting/Programming Skills: Familiarity with scripting or programming languages like Bash, Python, or Go is a plus
