Summary

Requirements

  • Oracle EBS R12.x or SAP S/4 HANNA experience
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
  • Six years of system design, analysis and training, preferably in the department assignment
  • Three years of project management experience
  • Ability to train others on complicated computerized systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with others effectively to analyze problems and implement solutions
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve problems
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Ability to track and follow up with problems, tickets, etc
  • Demonstrated computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs

Responsibilities

  • Assess and plan Oracle EBS R12.x system needs for various departments (Regulatory, Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, R&D, Purchasing, Planning, WIP, Inventory, Logistics, Quality, Document Control, Legal, Finance)
  • Develop and establish worldwide systems, standards, and department training & procedures
  • Design and prepare reports, data miners and perform data analysis
  • Design and implement system training for new department employees
  • Train department employees on new Merit systems
  • Implement standard Merit systems at new Merit sites
  • Create and manage department training tools and reference materials
  • Troubleshoot and manage incidents for Merit systems
  • Perform advanced configuration, setup, and updating of applications and access control
  • Set up business user accesses
  • Recommend changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards
  • Perform other related duties and tasks as required
