Inventory Management Agent

Summary

Join Automatiq's growing Inventory Management team and ensure high inventory success rates in sales, auto delivery, and cancellation avoidance. As a front-line agent, you will prevent downstream issues by preparing inventory, optimizing automation for efficient distribution, and resolving discrepancies. You will work directly with the Inventory Management Manager, handling tasks such as creating POs, matching tickets, auditing accounts, and preparing listings. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for interacting with customers and marketplaces. Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Inventory Management Manager on the assigned duties for your shift - this varies from creating POs, match missing tickets, audit accounts, prepare listings for upcoming events to best utilize technology to automate processes
• Own the Match Missing ticket action to ensure all possible ingested tickets are matched to POS Ticket IDs for optimal use of automated delivery
• Identify and take action to resolve discrepancies, missing tickets, bad passwords, etc to prevent downstream fulfillment issues
• Interact with customers using various communication platforms
• Own the buying in of purchases that we agree to handle according to policies
• Manage and maintain accurate listing-to-event mapping for purchase order (PO) purposes
• Investigate and resolve issues preventing listings from mapping correctly to market events, escalating to a supervisor when needed
• Proactively review and process ingested tickets daily to ensure proper mapping and event alignment
