Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Inventory Management Manager on the assigned duties for your shift - this varies from creating POs, match missing tickets, audit accounts, prepare listings for upcoming events to best utilize technology to automate processes
- Own the Match Missing ticket action to ensure all possible ingested tickets are matched to POS Ticket IDs for optimal use of automated delivery
- Identify and take action to resolve discrepancies, missing tickets, bad passwords, etc to prevent downstream fulfillment issues
- Interact with customers using various communication platforms
- Own the buying in of purchases that we agree to handle according to policies
- Manage and maintain accurate listing-to-event mapping for purchase order (PO) purposes
- Investigate and resolve issues preventing listings from mapping correctly to market events, escalating to a supervisor when needed
- Proactively review and process ingested tickets daily to ensure proper mapping and event alignment
