Summary
Join Care Access as an Investigator Success Manager and drive partnership opportunities by engaging with physicians and their support staff. You will be responsible for recruiting physicians, conducting demos, negotiating contracts, and selling the company's value proposition. This role involves managing investigator onboarding, maintaining a network of investigators, and identifying challenges physicians face in clinical trials. You will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding quotas, building relationships with prospects and stakeholders, and collaborating across departments. The position is remote with up to 50% travel required. This role requires 3-5 years of physician-facing recruitment and relationship management experience in the life sciences or healthcare domain.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Physician facing recruitment and relationship management experience
- Experience in the life sciences or healthcare domain
- A strong work ethic

- A genuine love for clinical research
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- B.A. or B.S. degree
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of investigators, including coordination of internal partners to ensure site readiness
- Recruit Physicians and other Clinicians for specific campaigns and for appropriate future opportunities
- Conduct meetings and presentations
- Maintain a network of Investigators through ongoing outreach and activities
- Become an expert in identifying challenges our Physicians face in running clinical trials
- Pursue qualified opportunities to close; meet or exceed quota
- Communicate company value to prospective customers in a compelling and personalized manner
- Illustrate the various solutions from Care Access and how each can solve specific Physician challenges
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
- Work collaboratively across departments to execute outreach and onboarding strategy as Care introduces enhancements to existing solutions and releases new products
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with Investigators, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and compliance with organizational policies
- Distribute Investigator/Site payments and related communications
- Serve as an important source for information regarding the customer's business needs and provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Investigators, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner
- Enthusiastically represent the Care Access brand
